RETURNS POLICY

All Digital Products (LUTS, PRESETS, CHECKLISTS and BUNDLES) are final sale due to the nature of the product. In addition, all NFT purchases are final sale due to Blockchain Technology so please make purchases with certainty. All Official Merch in the store have a 14 day return period if you are not happy with your order. Furthermore, any payments made using Crypto (Bitcoin) are also non-refundable. If for some reason we did refund, it would be in fiat and never crypto. If you have any issues or need any clarification please contact us directly at returnpolicy@jbinzala.xyz and we will respond within 7 days. Please note, you will need to pay for postage yourself if you decide to return an item.

HOW LONG DO YOU TAKE TO DISPATCH MY ORDER?

 

After we receive an order and payment has cleared the delivery period will take approximately 2-14 days working days due to the fact all products in our range are custom created once an order has been made. We like to quality check and make sure everything is to our standard before we release it for the pleasure of the customer. There is an off chance it may take longer to dispatch.

 

Don't worry, we will communicate with you to let you know what is happening every step of the way for assurance and security.

 

 

DO YOU COVER IMPORT TAX / DUTY CHARGES ON YOUR SHIPPING?

 

No. If there are any duty fees, you will be liable for all duties or levies payable at any foreign port as a result of delivery.
